Types of logs in Logify

Logify mainly offers four different types of logs for better analysis and characterization.

  • Important event logs:- Important event logs capture crucial occurrences in your shop, such as product creation, updates, and order placements. These logs provide a concise overview of activities within your shop, offering valuable insights.
  • Admin logs:- Admin logs are basically the logs of the activites created by the Admin of the shop. To record these logs on the Logify you must have to enable the required webhooks in the settings page.
  • Staff logs:- Staff logs are the logs of the activites created by the Staff of the shop. To record these logs the Admin must ask his/her staff members to install the Logify Chrome extension from the Web store.
  • Resource logs:- Resource logs serve as a tool for visualizing your shop's operations. The Heatmap furnishes a detailed daily overview, shedding light on specific days' activities. Meanwhile, the Bar chart offers a granular perspective, pinpointing when events occur during the course of each day, facilitating a deeper understanding of your shop's performance.
