When you install the add-on, we collect personal information such as your shop id, shop domain name, city, country, email, shop plan name and shop owner. When you subscribe to a payment, we also automatically receive payment related information such as recurring payment id, payment date and payment amount. All these information are needed for tracking and record purpose to maintain the add-on. For the core functionality of the add-on, we receive logs related to your activities for which you explicitly enable in the add-on (preferences). The log includes shop domain, activity time and activity details. We also have options for staff logs which needs Logify Chrome extension to be installed in your browser. Staff logs inlclude shop domain, URL, event time, event details, author id and author name. Protected customer data could also be stored in the logs. Protected customer data includes user email, user name, phone number, address. We preserve logs maximum upto 60 days based on your subscription. If at any time you need to delete your data you can always contact us at support@tabgraf.com, we will delete your information from our database.
While installing the add-on, you will see an user consent page. You should grant permission explicitly to continue using the add-on.
